Mybeautystand will not refund cash

MyBeautystand will accept for an exchange. Items that are in original condition, unused and free of damage by the customers.

For an exchange, mail out your item or contact us within 24 hrs with the receipt of original order. Items will not be exchanged after 2 working days. Items must be returned with all the tags still attached and must be in their original packaging like boxes and dust bags.

Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Items on sale are non-exchangeable.

FAULTY PRODUCT

It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged.  If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us within 24hrs from receiving the product.

Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact number. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly. Defective products returned to MYBEAUTYSTAND should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit.

ORDER  CANCELLATION:

Customers paying via Credit Card or jazz cash may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Order amount be refunded back.

Once the order is processed it cannot be canceled.

Mybeautystand may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card or jazz cash payment is declined.

If a customer is not willing to receive the parcel, once received, he/she will not be entertained in the future.

MyBeautystand makes every effort to ensure that product images & descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please note, however, that there might be some minor differences between product images on the website and the actual product. Such variations may come about due to extra embellishments used during shoots which may differ from original products slightly.
