What is MYBEAUTYSTAND Return & Exchange Policy

MyBeautyStand has a general 2-days return and exchange policy. With items being in original condition, unused. Once we received our product on the mentioned address with actual condition only then exchange will be possible. Shipping charges are bearable by the customer itself.

How long does it take for my order to get delivered

What if the product received is damaged

If the product is damaged, you should immediately inform us and request an exchange. Once it gets accepted, the product will be received by MyBeautyStand and a gift voucher equivalent to product’s value will be issued. Using that, customer can shop on our website.

Can I cancel my order

Yes, you can cancel your order before it gets shipped. However, once it has been shipped, you won’t be able to cancel it.

What if I am not able to receive the parcel when at my doorstep

Customers not willing to or unable to receive the parcel will not be entertained in the future.
