MyBeautyStand will process your personal data when you are visiting and using the services provided at mybeautystand.com or purchase product in our stores. We strive to be transparent in what we do with our visitors and customers personal data and have therefore adopted this privacy policy.

We collect personal data when you purchase from our website. Such personal data include your name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, payment details and other information that you voluntarily provide us.

By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.

Once we have received your order we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with the customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.

COMPLAINTS TERMS

It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us within 1day from receiving the product.

Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact number. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly. Same applies for returns. Defective products returned to MyBeautyStand should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers paying via Credit Card or jazz cash may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Order amount be refunded back.

MyBeautyStand may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card or jazz cash payment is declined.

If a customer is not willing to receive the parcel, once received, he/she will not be entertained in the future.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

MyBeautyStand will accept for return and exchange. Items that are in original condition, unused and free of damage by the customers. For an exchange, mail out your item within 1 day from the receipt of original order. Items will not be exchanged after 2 days. Items must be returned with all the tags still attached and must be in their original packaging like boxes and dust bags.

Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

MyBeautyStand makes every effort to ensure that product images & descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please note, however, that there might be some minor differences between product images on the website and the actual product. Such variations may come about due to extra embellishments used during shoots which may differ from original products slightly.

Please bear in mind that colors in pictures may vary slightly from actual item due to the lighting during photo shoot, your device display settings or printing quality of catalog and/or inlay cards.

PRODUCT USE

Every product when used with care has a more life than the one being used roughly. As most of the bags are made of synthetic material so extreme humid weather conditions in few cities can expire the particular bag or wallet.

It is advised that keep your clutches and bags in a dust bag along with the polythene after every use. Keep away from the perfumes, heat, direct light and rain which may result in decolorization of the stones and fading away of the actual material. Do not keep your product in moisture areas. If your product is wet, immediately dry it out with a soft cloth.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

DELIVERY WITHIN PAKISTAN:

Delivery for all local orders will be charged depending on the weight of the parcel.

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

International shipping rates depend on the location, order’s weight and the current exchange rates. Proceed to the checkout to find out the shipping rates applicable on your order. Please note that some countries may attract import duties which shall be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

All international orders are shipped through DHL Express and are usually delivered within 7 working days but owing to Covid-19 and the lockdown in some countries, there may be a delay of 14-20 working days.

PAYMENT

You may pay with either credit or debit cards. Banking services manages all of our banking transactions.

We do not store credit/debit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Cash on delivery is also available. You will get your order delivered at your doorstep by the courier company’s rider once you paid for it. Without cash it is not possible for you to check the parcel.
